Once your order and payment have successfully processed, our system will send you an email with full instructions on how to download and install the product you've ordered. If you’ve ordered multiple individual products, you’ll receive a separate email for each download. Each product will have its own download code associated with it.

Note: Your download code will also be your unique product serial number. DO NOT LOSE THIS NUMBER. 

The email containing the instructions and links for downloading your purchase will be sent automatically to the address you provided when creating your store profile. If you do not see an email from support@tapspace.com, please check to make sure that it did not get filtered into "junk mail."

The actual process of downloading is quite simple. The email will guide you through this process. Follow the instructions carefully. A brief overview of the process is as follows:

First, you will download the Tapspace Downloader application. After launching this application, you will copy/paste your download code into the appropriate field. The downloader application will then prompt you to pick a location where you would like your new sound library to live. Once you choose the location, the downloader app will get to work downloading and assembling the various components of your library. The downloader has error correction and data verification capabilities, so you don't need to worry if your download is interrupted or you have to start again. The downloader will know what to do. DO NOT move, rename, or otherwise change any of the component files while the download process is taking place…all files must be downloaded in one location by the downloader app before final assembly can take place.
