How do I assign channels for the different instruments using kontakt?

Once you've created each instrument in Kontakt (snare, tenor, bass, etc), there's a little midi channel pull-down menu in the lower left-hand corner of each instrument. It usually defaults to "OMNI". When you click the word "omni" the menu should pop up, allowing you to select from MIDI channels 1-16.
