Hi - I recently switched over to Sibelius from Finale and I'm looking for the best way to notate stickings. I've just been using the Lyric tool but it seems like there should be something more efficient. Any suggestions?
(Doesn't it seem like since you're note input is hand-specific that there could be a feature that automatically attaches stickings to all?)

I agree with Gabe. The lyric tool is the best way to notate stickings.

I use the lyric function in Sibelius. Cick on the note you want to start, Ctrl+L, space bar to move to the next note. There is also a percussion sticking selection under "Other staff text" from my use of it, it seems the same as the lyric tool except with a smaller font.
