When i load the band template into sibelius the drumline sounds work fine, but some of the horns sounds arent right. particularly the trumpets. They play back the "orchestra hit" sound. How can I edit what the staff actually plays back. In finale i could have just opened up the instruments panel and changed what patch went to that instrument. Help.....

You can do this in the MIXER window. Click on the trumpet slider, then edit its channel information on the right. You might find it helpful to start by hitting the "reset sounds" button found here, then making your settings.
