Hey guys I need some help. I've got Sib 3 with the Soundblaster Audigy 2ZS card. First Question: Is it absolutely necessary that I have a midi keyboard for VD? Second question: I got the VD med.sf2 loaded into the soundfont bank manager in an empty slot. Where do I go from here? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

a midi keyboard is crucial if you intend to enter a variety of sounds, since those sounds are mapped over a large range.

as for setting up your soundblaster card to communicate with sibelius, it'd be a good idea to read through some of the postings on this board to get more familiar with what's needed. You may need to alter some settings in your "sound and audio devices" control panel, and you'll need to make sure your sibelius DEVICES and MIXER settings are set so that they are being directed toward the soundcard.
