I ordered some stuff on the internet a week ago, and i haven't received any notification of the order... this is making my parents very nervous about ordering online...ever again...who should i talk to about this very serious matter...? :(

I know they usually get problems like that resolved immediately.

I can't pm him, and i don't know his email....i'm freaking out because it's been a real long time.. :(
