i am having trouble doing so... at first i did it on my mothers computer and i said it cant ship to me... so i tried it on my comouter and it wont let me register. whats going on here? can anyone help me?

What are you try to purchase? When you sign on using your computer, use the name you used when you signed up on your mom's computer.
