Does anyone know when the templates for VD2 will be added to the Tapspace website?

I've got my VD2 all ready to go. All I need are some templates to get started writing some stuff for the school I teach.

The VDL 1 templates for both Finale and Sibelius will work for battery sounds. Load either the individual instruments or the VDL 1 multi instrument. All of these use the 'new' VDL 2 library.

Thanks, I was wondering if the older ones would work after I created the original post.

Both Finale and Sibelius VDL:2 templates will be posted in the next day or so. There are several new sounds mapped to all battery instruments in VDL:2 which will make using VDL1 templates a little limiting, but in a pinch, it'll give you something to start with. We're just finishing up a few last minute details on these templates. Stay tuned!

I have Finale 2002. When will a template be available for that?

Last I had heard, and this might have changed, but there wasn't any plans on making a Finale template for anything prior to 2003. You can create one on your own. Fortunately, creating a tempalte in Finale is not that hard. Sibelius on the other hand....
