Anyone using Sonar 4 to make their VD2 creations into Mp3s??? I'm really confused as to what to do in order to make the MIDI an Mp3...i checked out that tutorial posted a while ago for using Cubase...but i still dont get what to do...i think its alot different...any help would be great...

That's new info... the driver doesn't support the current audio format or is in use... that's key. I don't think you have a VST/VDL problem here...

How about the Edirol that comes with it? If you just put in some very basic midi file, and use the edirol on it, does that work, or generate the same error?

Well, I think the program is having an issue with the standard windows drivers I am using since that is what I am using as my default.

I had to change a couple of settings involving my sound settings and the latency involved but I was able to create my first mp3 from Music Creator.

I think I've got it figured out now. Thanks for the help. I know I still have tons of stuff to learn about these products.
