I haven't installed VDL:2 yet because I'm unclear on the licensing agreement. I would like to install it on my desktop and laptop, but I don't know if that will work. Is this allowed, or do I need to buy another VDL:2 to have the program on both machines? Thanks for the help.
As a registered user, you are permitted to install VDL:2 on two machines. The registration process will be the same on both machines. Meaning, you'll have to register the software on each machine via the included Registration Tool. Otherwise the software will stop working after the introductory period.
If you ever decide to replace one of those computers, you can always log in at Native Instruments, and de-authorize the one machine you're replacing, which will then allow you to authorize VDL:2 on another new machine.
Thanks for taking the time to check with us on the licensing terms.
Enjoy!
