Ok so here's what i was able to to do I went to the Creative console and opened up the record menu and chose to have the system record ";what it hears";. I was then able to record anything that i had done in the VD via Sibelius as an MP3. The only thing is then i went and disabled all my devices so I could listen to it as if i didnt the card and it workeD!! but....i am very happy that it worked but the volume is extremely low..should i chose another format instead?... I had it set to record as an MP3 stereo?......
i checked the smart record and did it that way..same result.............
Try to be a little more specific in the way you're wording your posts. It's tough to figure out what you're even asking...
Your soundblaster documentation should have some information on how to raise volume for certain applications. There used to be some sort of software ";mixer"; that they came with that would allow you to turn up the volume.

Ok i figured it out....the mixer settings in my Sounblaster card were not set to the same settings as my devices for my laptop. I was looking at the ";Wave"; settings in the mixer of my card and saw that it did not match the 'wave' setting in the mixer of my laptop sound devices. After that the recorded volume of my system is fine.
