I am trying to save the battery stuff I wrote as an audio file but whenever I click ";save as audio file"; in sibelius, and listen to the file afterwards, there is nothing.  I know it is recording whatever comes through the kontakt player and I'm using reason to play the VD samples.  How can I solve this problem?

The save as feature in Sibelius only works if you're using the Kontakt Player in Sibelius.

To solve it, you need to get a different application to record.  It can even be start > run > sndrec32.  Audacity, Adobe Audition, and several other apps will do that.  Set your sound card to record what you hear, and you're good.
