alright i'm having a slight problem. In sibelius i want to go from tenors doing shots to tenors using rims. its not on the same measure. i tried ctrl+t and put in ~c1, 96  is that not the right thing to put in to switch my mod wheel setting? do i have to put in somthing more?

Make sure there isn't a space in between your comma and number setting.

Use a capital 'C'. I always include the space and it works for me...
