Navigation issue in Kontakt Player 2

The above picture is from my Kompakt Player 2. When I click on the ";Instruments"; button, that's all I get. Then when I try to double click the ";up folder"; to go up one folder, it doesn't do anything. My temporary fix is to drag and drop from a regular Windows window.

Anyone else having this problem or have suggestions? I haven't re-installed KP2 yet, but I'm leaving that as a last resort.

Can you explain the issue again, or try to upload your graphic again? Make sure the Graphic is on your server or website, or another location so you can paste the web address between the markings.

Is the picture there now?

When I click on the ";Instruments"; button, I don't have the list of folders that I should. Then when I try to double click the ";up folder"; to go up one folder, it doesn't do anything.

Hugh,

It looks as though it doesn't know where your library is. Try clicking on the INFO button and then verifying that this LIBRARY INSTALLATION PATH is where your VDL library is.  There should be a ";CHOOSE"; option to the right where you can browse for your VDL 2.5 LIbrary folder.
Thanks for getting back with me Coach,

It was on the correct ";Library Instillation Path";. I attempted to choose a different folder, any of them I chose other than the right one gave me a ";No K2 compatible Library was found on the chosen location! Click 'Yes' to try again, or 'No' to cancel";. I then went to the Sibelius 5 Essentials folder and loaded it. It had the Essentials folder/file structure, but the ";logo"; area was kinda jacked up (that's the technical term, right?). See:

Everything else seems to be working properly: 'Multis' button and the drop down menus.

I just tried this a couple of minutes ago. I clicked on the 'Multis' button and it showed what it should (I have modified it by adding folders and files and moving stuff around). Then, this time, I double clicked one of the folders, and again it did what it should. I hit the 'Multis' button again to close it. I then tried the 'Instruments' button again and bingo:

It's working again! Now I know what to do if that happens again.

Thanks for helping me figure this out Coach
