how do i set the tempo in finale 2006 when i open up the vd2 template, the tempo is always set to 180bpm?

You can find the Create Tempo Marking plugin in PLUGINS MENU -->EXPRESSIONS -->CREATE TEMPO MARKING.�� You will want to erase the 180 marking that is there with the Expression Tool before creating the new one.
