I figured this would be the place to ask.  Does anyone know who wrote the double stop exercise Starstops?  I'm pretty sure it was an old Star of Indiana warmup.

Paul was a member of the front ensemble in 1989 and 1990.
Chris Lee was the front ensemble instructor up through
maybe 1992, and then Jim Ancona taught the group in 1993.
