I'm interested in having a legend of the midi note that needs to be entered for each sound (not how that not will display on the staff), it's correct notehead, and articulation.

Is anything like that available?  If not, I would be happy to produce one for myself to share with all you happy campers...

To cover the MIDI note part of your question, you can use some keymaps that I made:

From there you can add the noteheads and articulations to it after you print it out.

I had thought about adding that information to the keymaps myself, but decided not to because I wanted them to be a little more universal - you know, for those Finale guys and such. However, as you bring this up again for me, I could just make two sets of them. Hmmm.

In the meantime, I am already slowly working on updating all of them. Nothing major, just little things here and there. Of course, if I add those other bits, it will take that much longer.

Hugh, universal is good, but you sure would make a lot of friends if you did add the notehead/articulation info.

I am not too far away from having that done.
