Does anyone know if there is any way to use patch sounds from Garage Band as sounds in Finale. For example, I would like to use some synth voices that are in Garage Band as a track voice in Finale.

GarageBand voices are not in a format that could be opened in Finale.  However, you could export your Finale files as a MIDI and then import that into Garage Band as separate trackss and then use both VDL and GarageBand sounds from within GarageBand.
