Don't usually forward crap to people, but this is legit and the ";Do Not Call"; list works. I've done it for my home number. You can do it online also...

After some more snooping around....it sounds like the cell phone ";panic"; is not legit. However, the Do Not Call list is still the only way to keep your home phone away from telemarketing calls. So, if you haven't blocked your home phone/ land line you should do it right away. Cell phones are NOT going to be targeted, contrary to my original post. My bad.....  :(
