After redownloading the Sibelius 5.1 template v1.0.5 to try to fix my issue in this thread: https://www.tapspace.com/forums/index.php?topic=2473.0 I now seem to have an issue where all my unison cymbal notes are inputting to the bottom line of the staff instead of the middle line. I checked House Style > Edit Instruments > Edit Staff Type and it is showing multiple note heads with the same input pitch (Image 2 and 3). See images below:
Image 1 is obviously the solo player, while Image 2 and 3 are unison but with different sized cymbals.
Whether or not I load Cymbal Line All, Cymbal Line 18in, Cymbal Line 20in, etc. my note heads are inputting to the bottom line of the staff when I press (in this case) Ab 5 instead of inputting to the middle line.

The main thing I want you to see is the picture and how those sounds are laid out. All of the cymbal sounds in this instrument can be laid out the same way.
When a note is entered into the score using a MIDI keyboard, it will immediately be placed on either the 20"; Solo space or the 20"; Unison line (it won't matter where you have your modwheel set). After that you will need to manually move the note up/down to get the exact sound you are looking for. (Please review page 39 of the Readme.)
REMINDER TO ALL: ";Proper playback is contingent on there being only ONE notehead/articulation combination per line or space on the staff in each instrument mapping."; In this case, no staff text is needed for the correct sounds to be triggered (thanks to the sound set).
(If you are using individual Cymbal Line instruments: These should display on the staff correctly when entered with a MIDI keyboard.)

You shouldn't have to load anything into KontaktPlayer2 yourself. How the notes display on the staff is not dependent on what patch is loaded into KP2. The display is based on the Template instrument mapping. (See above: manually moving notes...)

I don't think you broke anything, just implement the above suggestion. Let me know if I haven't made something clear enough.

Awesome! It's working fine now. Not sure how I missed that previous post, I thought I had searched for every possible combination of ";cymbal"; and ";staff";. Next time I'll star broad and narrow the search. You guys have alot of patience! :)
On another note (Ew! Pun!), with the Cymbal Line All instrument loaded there is no way to have BOTH the 18"; and 20"; unison playing at the same time - like a unison unison of sorts - as defined by the following quote, correct?

Thank you again for all your help. :)

Correct. The actual problem with trying to do that is that you can't have the mod-wheel in two different places at the same time. You can have both notes on the staff together, but only one of them will playback for you.
I could go into much more detail than that by getting into how the sound set is designed/works, but I'll leave that as a possibility for another day. ;)
