I'm sure some of you already know this one, but for those who don't, it's a big time saver.
You can switch between windows WITHIN an application by pressing Control+Tab in Windows. (I'm not sure of the Mac equivalent.) This shortcut works for me in Sibelius 5.1 - I'm haven't tried it in any version of Finale. For instance, you can switch back and forth between different scores you have open at the same time! (FYI, this shortcut is pretty universal. It works in web browsers, audio editing apps, etc.)
This shortcut is slightly different than the ";switching applications"; version of Alt+tab in Windows and Command+tab in Mac - that one switches between whole applications that are open simultaneously.
Hope this can help further smooth some ppl's workflow...

Another good one for Windows users, Windows Key+ D. This will allow you to minimize all windows to the Desktop. Very handy if you have multiple programs up and need to pull up something from the desktop, my documents or my computer. Hitting it again will pull back up to the last used window.
