I got a chance to see the Cavies last night in Lawrence, MA and I just wanted to give Jim and his staff some serious props. You guys, by far had the most musical book of the night. Probably one of the most musically inventive and tasteful shows I've ever heard. Luckily I got a chance to catch the battery in the lot and was not disappointed - some explorative writing and some great expressive and tight execution. The design staff as whole deserves major recognition. The show is absolutely amazing, one of the best I've ever seen. Wow I'm still thinking about it. I wish I could see it again, and I can't say that about many shows nowadays. You guys definitely deserve the recognition you got from the judges. Good luck going into finals, you've got my vote!

I also like the Cavaliers. I had a chance to spend time at a rehearsal prior to the Denver show to see the inner workings of the program and enjoyed it very much. Of the corps I have seen this season, I enjoy the Cavaliers, Troopers and of course, the Santa Clara Vanguard. I wish them all the best next weekend.

Agreed.  Last night's show was amazing!  The entire caption is nails and drum corps design has been taken to the next level.  Kudos Jim and Erik.
