Which OS are you using?�� First thing to try is Play>Playback Devices>Audio Engine Options>Rescan
If that doesn't work then you will need to trash your start up preferences and have Sibelius do a complete rescan of all your virtual instruments and soundsets. The process will vary based on your OS.
