I just got the KigRig49 and silbelius on monday :)  but when i use the midi keyboard to enter the notes into silbelius i always get a different sound  like when i use the F# key to get the right hand hits  it never works. also some of the keys  do not produce a sound... could it be dead keys?

You are using the template right?

And are you sure you using the keys in the correct octave?

yes    i called tapspace and Murray told me to try using a paino template and go through all the keys..... and some of them didnt work... and srry i was using Sound Essentials with silbelius
