Welcome to our new forum!

We're excited to debut the new look to the Tapspace Forum. We hope you like the new look, and will find visiting a more enjoyable experience now. The paint is still drying, so if you encounter any errors or difficulties, please leave a note about them in this topic.

We'd like to thank resident Tapspace Forum genius, Bryan Harmsen for designing and implementing our new look. His quick know-how and good taste should make for a better place here. Thanks Bryan!

Enjoy!
A few quick notes about some of the new features you might notice:

RSS
You can now receive RSS notifications from the Tapspace Forum so you will always be up to date with the latest posts and information.  All you have to do is click the little RSS icons () next to the board of your choice and you will be prompted to save the feed with your favorite RSS feed reader--if you have one installed.  Most web browsers now come with a built in RSS reader. Another option would be to right click those RSS icons and copy the link location and paste it into your feed reader.

Note: The RSS icon next to the ";Tapspace Forum"; link will subscribe you to all of the boards. The icons next to each individual board will only give you a feed of that board.  I'm sure most of you would want to use the main one, but these are here for your convenience, should you want to subscribe to individual boards.

Don't know what RSS is? Read about it here.

Page Numbers
The numbers that show up when there are multiple pages of threads or posts are part of what is know as pagination on web pages.  You might notice that there are now ";Next"; and ";Prev"; links for navigating to the desired page.

Also, if you click on the ellipse (...) it will expand the page numbers so that you can see all of them rather than a few at a time.

Links
This will become a sort of directory of useful websites and such.

Forum Tools,Search, and Topic Tools
Clicking on these will reveal a few options that already existed but they are just now packed in these little containers of sorts. To click them you click on the [Close] link or the link itself

Inline Editting
If you click on the pad and pencil next to your posts will allow you to edit your post without having to reload the page.  You can, however, still use BBC for making things bold, italicized, and underlined within the inline editor.

Anyhow, I hope you guys like the new look and that your Fall seasons are going great!

Enjoy!
Diggin the new look. took me a while to get used to it while navigating, but its gonna be a good thing i think.
I was enjoying the ";old"; look.  This one is just way too cool.  Congrats!
