When I attempt to install the program on my computer, after i click install, nothing happens.  The screen asking for the serial number never comes up.  When i tested it on another computer, it worked fine.  Can anyone help?

It would help if you you give us some kind of indication as to what your computer environment is e.g. Operating System, RAM, Processor Speed, etc. If it works on one computer, there's a good chance that your computer is incompatible.

It's a mac pro quad processor newest leopard operating system, 2 gb of ram. the other computer it worked on is also a mac pro.

Did you use the Leopard patch?
