Just to let you know about this volenteer work from someone who has done this gig before. . .

My former partner in crime Brad Palmer and I did this job for (3years I think) the Drumline competition when Julie Davila was in charge of the competition. It's a great time and a great way to meet new people and get some real experience in learning how to run a full scale competition. I learned a TON of great things that benefited me when I started teaching in the real world. So if Neal hasn't gotten volunteers yet. . . . I Highly recommend doing this for some serious real life experience in how a GOOD contest runs. :) Not to mention you get to hang with some of the greats of the marching activity! :)
