Is there any way that when you enter a RH or LH hit that it will write the sticking in under the note for you? OR does anyone know with Finale an easy way to write in stickings that will make them evenly spaced?

Use the Lyrics Tool (Lyrics Tool -> Lyrics Menu -> Type Into Score).

Josh has made a simple plug in depending on what type of Sibelius you use.  It is simple easy to use and does what you may be asking for.  Other than that, Ctrl + L is a great bet as Tyler said.  This link came up under a quick search on the forum.  Hope this helps.  Have a good one.

Also depending on what version of VDL as well.    Is this plug-in still in the works for another release?  Thanks
