Drum Funny

Hey gang - a friend of mine, former Cavalier bass drummer, and all around heckuva guy, Chris Leone, has started a fun website that most of us here will enjoy. Check it out:

http://www.drumfunny.com
Thanks for the plug, Jim!

This site is a couple months in the making and I'm really excited to finally get it going. Let me know what you guys think and if you have any ideas for posts, send them along! The Japanese Kid Corps video is getting a really positive reaction, so be sure to check that out, too.
Cool site dude, lots of potential to be a hip site!

I guess now I need to go have something funny happen to me.
Haha. I know what you mean.

I really want user submitted content to be a big part of drumfunny (there are only so many videos of bass drummers face planting).  The rudiments should be a fun way for people to get involved and 'interact' with the content. If you guys have any super crazy/silly hybrid rudiments or something, send them over.

And thanks to everyone for checking out the site. It's already starting to get some good buzz (not meant as a drum pun)
heh, cool site idea.

I'll have to dust off my DV tapes- in '01 I marched quads with MN Brass and the guy next to me dropped a mallet in the opener... only to slip and fall on it in the closer during the drum feature.  Mallet karma, caught on tape.
There's some neat stuff here.  Well worth the time to browse.
Hey guys~

I try to avoid plugging drumFunny on my own, but this audio clip has been really hard to find online and I managed to track it down.

If you think you've ever heard a bad marching band judge tape, just listen to this: http://drumfunny.com/2009/01/26/bad-judge-tape/
