So I just got a new laptop, and it totally beats my old machine as far as specs go, I am updating system specs after I type this entry. I have gone through all the motions again, and got it all setup. I am still running 5.1 though simply due to the fact that I haven't really had the time to look through all my files and find my 5.2 file again. However, VDL seems to be working fine, as does KP2, the problem is that when I open a score that I had already finished, the snares and tenors sound like the tunings have changed, I have tried messing with the tuning knobs in order to see if that was the issue, but no luck, seems like no matter what I do, I cant get the instruments to sound like they used to, this was a problem on my old machine also, it happened but I just shunned it off since I was getting a new laptop. You guys got any suggestions, it is all a clean install, both for Sibelius and VDL2.5. I have done all the soundset stuff and gotten Tapspace Virtual Drumline 2.5 configured within Sibelius.

Hi Justin,

I'm not sure what may be causing this. If you haven't already, I'd recommend updating to VDL 2.5.1. Looks like you may have already done that based on your signature specs. Another thing you may want to check is that your Audio Output Options (in Sibelius's Playback Devices window) is set so that you're using a sample rate of 44.1khz.
