I just purchased something named ";MacCleanse.";
It recommends a browser named:  Camino.

It's Mac only and based on Firefox... so I just use Firefox.  Firefox has many add-ons that might not work with Camino, like built-in FTP, ad blocking, view PDFs as html, etc.
