Native Instruments won't send me password request EMAIL!

My computer crashed so i had to reinstall VDL. But I forgot my pass word so i couldnt register, so i requested a new pass word and I have yet to get it sent to me. Please Please help because I am writing a marching show for this summer and I need it =[

And I just love my VDL
PS. I sent this same problem to the NI support team, and I didn't get the email from them..
I'd give it 24-48 hours before you really start worrying. Sometimes these things can take some time. If you don't hear back from them, you're more likely to receive the support you need over on the Native Instruments forums.

I can't help you with your password, but is it possible that you had a different email address when you first registered your VDL? If so, they may not be recognizing your email address. Or perhaps, it contains a typo, or their email may be getting caught in your spam/junk filter.

If you send me a PM with your VDL serial number, I can at least help you investigate what account you authorized it under. Perhaps that will help you in getting a more timely response from NI, or maybe even getting an automated response when trying to retrieve your forgotten password.
