TED is Great!! I will definitely take a look at this when time permits.

I HIGHLY recommend his book ";The Element, how finding your passion changes everything";

Big fan of TED here as well! I subscribe to their podcast and I watch these inspiring talks constantly while flying. Smart people are cool.

In case you haven't seen it, there's a great documentary called ";Touch the Sound"; which is all about Evelyn Glennie and her unique path through music. I was fortunate enough to see this in on of Portland's great local theaters that show these types of films. You can see it on Netflix here:
