I recently converted a Sibelius 4/VDL 2 score into a Sibelius 6/VDL 2.5 score, as directed by the TapSpace video tutorial (number of staves, copy/paste, playback devices, import house style, etc.).
In the converted score, random stems - and sounds - are missing in all the VDL 2.5 (KP2) Battery parts (see attachment). Notes with stems are played back, but the notes missing stems do not play back.
How do I fix this problem?
Thoughts? TS

The video you watched only applies to scores that originate in VDL Template 5.1.
";What about scores started in Sibelius 4 or earlier? You will need to manually re-input everything into the most recent version (recommended) of the Sib_VDL_Template that is currently available.";
