So I just downloaded the $10 template for VDL in Sibelius 6.  I followed each step in the manual that comes with it and it still doesnt show up as a sound set (or as anything at all) in Sibelius.  I tried so many different things over and over, but nothing happens.  What am I doing wrong?

Mac or PC?  Are you sure that you copied the XML file to the proper folder?
