I had to re-purchase this product due to my computer needing reformatted.  Anyhow, I cannot get the file to open.  It is trying to open using windows photo viewer.  It isn't doing anything so far.  Any suggestions?

Are you referring to the zip file that contains everything else? If so, you'll need to unzip it first, using either the built-in unzipper in Windows or a 3rd party product like WinZip, WinRar, or something along those lines.

I was going to ask the same thing Bryan did. If Windows is getting confused on which utility it uses to uncompress ZIP files (Windows likes to confuse itself sometimes...), then it may be mistakenly trying to open the ZIP file with the photo viewing application.

On Windows XP, you should be able to right-click on the ZIP file and select either ";open with>compressed zipped folders"; or ";extract all."; Mainly, you'll just want to access the folder within the ZIP file so you don't have to uncompress it every time you want to access the files.
