It has come to our attention that some of our VDL Demystified DVDs may have a problem with select videos freezing or not playing back properly. The videos in question are in the Primer Lessons section, under the General Introduction subcategory. While we are diagnosing the cause of this problem, we'd like to direct any affected customers to the following links where you can view these videos in your web browser.
As the affected videos are in the Primer Lessons section, and not the main Finale or Sibelius sections, we are hoping the inconvenience will not be too great. If you do require a replacement DVD, please contact us by phone at (503) 288-6080 or email in order to set up a replacement disc shipment.
