Is anyone else having problems with contacting Sibelius (Avid)?

Has anyone else tried to contact Sibelius Technical Support (Avid) and not been able to get in contact with anyone.  I should still have about 2 weeks left on my 90 day technical support before having to buy an ASC (Avid Support Code) and I cannot get in contact with the technical support team.  I have tried calling and I am caught in a loop on the automated recording, and when I try to submit a ticket they do not have any details of my account that I can access (the email I used to register my first copy of Sibelius is now no longer working [old college email] and I cannot change it because I am not able to access the site without getting the password out of that email account that they keep sending it to).  Any help would be appreciated.

Oh yes. Straight out of Kafka. Complicated - and every route leads to a dead end. I bought Sibelius a month ago and cannot download it - (Win Zip blocks it every time) - and can I get any sensible help from anyone? In desperation I telephoned the London base - they have closed the support desk. No indication that they know about me - or my details - impossible to get any sense at all. Deeply unsatisfied : do not go near them. A pack of geeks.
