Is anyone else having problems with contacting Sibelius (Avid)?

Has anyone else tried to contact Sibelius Technical Support (Avid) and not been able to get in contact with anyone.  I should still have about 2 weeks left on my 90 day technical support before having to buy an ASC (Avid Support Code) and I cannot get in contact with the technical support team.  I have tried calling and I am caught in a loop on the automated recording, and when I try to submit a ticket they do not have any details of my account that I can access (the email I used to register my first copy of Sibelius is now no longer working [old college email] and I cannot change it because I am not able to access the site without getting the password out of that email account that they keep sending it to).  Any help would be appreciated.
