I'm a new user of VDL 2.5 and Sibelius 7. I'm having problems with the bass drum sounds. It doesn't seem to be sounding right like how it should be. Anybody can help me getting the sounds fix?

Does it sound right if you load the instrument into Kontakt Player in standalone mode? If so, you may not have your Sibelius file set up correctly. If you're using one of the VDL Templates from The Write Score, I'd suggest you review their setup documentation that comes with the template.
