What's the specific motion my horns should be doing while performing this piece?  I'm a little confused by the instruction and I'd like to know the proper way to execute it.

Thanks Jim.  That's what I figured, but I wanted to make sure before we drill it. 

Percussively, it's going well and today was a first read through with the winds.  No complaints!
