Hello, So for Christmas I got Sibelius 7 and downloaded in on my Macbook Pro, Mac OSX Lion 10.7.5, 2.7 GHz Intel Core i7, 4 GB. I originally had Sibelius 5 on my HP laptop with Virtual Drumline 2.5 installed on it. When I then tried to download Virtual Drumline 2.5 on my Macbook Pro to use with my Sibelius 7, the installer quits and disappears right when the installation starts. I went to Disk Utilities and verified the disk and it told me the disk needs to be repaired, but the repair button is greyed out. I contacted Apple Support and they tried everything to fix it but they were unsuccessful. They then told me to contact Tapspace to see if they could tell me what the issue is. I have only downloaded Virtual Drumline 2.5 on one other laptop (the HP) and it has been sitting in its case in my desk for the last 2 to 3 years so there aren't any damages to the disk that I can see.
If there is anything that you know of as to why the installer is acting weird please let me know, Thanks.
