Hi,

The playback sounds all seem to be the same pitch for notes near the top of the stave.  Is there an update available for this instrument so that all 10 voices have their own pitch from high to low?

note: we (UVA) use noteheads on and between the ledger lines at the top of the stave.

I can't reproduce what you're describing. Are you using Kontakt 4 or 5? Are you using some sort of template that may be mis-mapped? Do you only hear this within your notation program, or do you hear the same thing within Kontakt Player in standalone mode as well?
