I'm trying to input a snare drum roll into Sibelius 6. I am using VDL 2.5.5 and Kontakt 4, as well as the VDL Template 7.0a from The Write Score. Further system info is in my signature. I have inputted the roll with three slashes, however, the roll continues to play back forever, instead of just the length of the note (a quarter note). This behavior only occurs when I have either two or three slashes on the note. If I change it to one slash it plays as eighth notes (as expected) and if I change it to a buzz roll (z on stem) it sounds horrendous but does play the correct length. Is there something I need to set so that that roll ";turns off"; at the right time?

It is the Concert Band Combo instrument specifically. I have attached my Playback Configuration.

In bars 27 and 32 you're using the Staff Text ";l.v.";. This is what's causing the tied roll to continue.
