How do I get all my staves to fit on one page? You can see in the attached picture that the staves covered in ";gray"; are not showing up on the page. Thanks for your help.

You will need to use the Percentage Tool to reduce the size of the staff system and the size of the page. There are no set guide lines for how much to reduce or enlarge as this varies from file to file. You may find that it is a reduction in the page but a enlargement of the system or the other way around to allow for the score to be readable when printed.

This type of question is covered very well within the Finale Help system and the tutorials.
