If I every write a passage with diddles that are all accented, the second note of the diddles are still played at a low velocity. Its like the accent doesn't apply to the second note of a diddle and it almost makes the passage sound like its playing back the ";check"; or just the rhythm with no diddles. Don't get me wrong, it's still playing back both notes of the diddle, but its just really quiet. Like i said this ONLY happens when diddles are accented. Non-accented diddles play back perfectly. And yes, i am using Human Playback. Has anyone experienced this? Is there a way to fix it?
This has something to do with how Finale is interpreting your diddles. You might want to check with the folks at MakeMusic about this. Or perhaps check out the TG Tools plugin. There are a variety of topics here on the forum that talk about TG Tools for diddle playback.
