i'd like to adjust the individual tuning of some of the instruments, for example, the quads and bass drums. i know in the past i used to be able to do so in Kontakt by clicking the wrench icon. it appears in the latest update that the wrench is no longer there and has been replaced by a gear icon.
is it still possible to edit the instruments? i have vdl 2.5.5 and Kontakt 5(full version)
You can simply use the ";Tune"; knob in the upper right-hand area of the instrument window to make adjustments of this kind. I've attached a screenshot here to show you.
Hope this helps!

Ah, I see. In that case, you're going to be using the mapping editor window to make those adjustments. Bear in mind that instruments like tenors and basses have many sample groups for each drum, so you'll want to make your tuning changes in all appropriate groups. Your Kontakt manual will give you more information about making the actual adjustments. We generally try and steer people away from making adjustments like this under the hood, but if you're confident that you know what you're doing, you're welcome to give it a go at your own risk. :)
