Hey Tapspacers!

I've been using Finale and VDL on Macbooks for years, but I've recently had a friend recommend checking out the Microsoft Surface Pro 3. Does anybody have any experience using Finale/Sibelius and VDL on a Surface?

I don't have a surface, but a Dell Venue Pro 11 that is similar.  If you have the pen stylus, you can write directly on the screen.  I still see touch screens + windows a non-ideal combination though.  it's hard to be precise, and while it attempts to be as easy as using a smartphone, in practice most software is tricky to use because of scaling and scrolling issues.  I'd keep the Macbook.
