Any word on if VDL 2.5.5 will work with the new Sibelius? Thinking about getting it but I don't want to if I can't use the VDL sounds I'm accustomed to. Love the product.

No known issues that we're aware of, and no official word from Native Instruments whether Kontakt 5 has any issues in Sib 8. From what I understand, Sib 8 brings very little to the table that's new other than support for mobile platforms. That said, I'm guessing you'll be OK upgrading. However, if you're already on Sib 7, there's probably no need to upgrade since you won't be getting new features.
