Im having trouble getting VDL to authorize on a new computer. When I access the Kontakt Player, it says that VDL has not been authorized and will be in Demo mode. When I go to the service Center, it says that my products are activated on this desktop. By the image that I have attached, does it look like VDL has actually been authorized? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both products but continue to get the same message.

It certainly looks activated from the Service Center end of things. Do you have Kontakt 5 installed? Normally, I think that'd show up in Service Center as well. On a more current operating systems, I'd definitely recommend Kontakt 5 and the VDL 2.5.5 library.
