Hi! I have looked all over and can't seem to find anyone with the exact same problem/solution. I haven't used VDL in Sibelius 7.5 (the pre-installed sounds) so I downloaded the Kontakt player and created a new configuration. Now I can see sound happening on the mixer, but nothing comes out of the speakers. When I click the ";Test"; button on the configuration page, if the Sibelius sounds are highlighted, there is sound; If the Kontakt player is highlighted, there is no sound.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I've attached screenshots of the audio engine and configuration page in sibelius. Thanks!

Hi! I purchased the template. I think what I learned is that the VDL sound I want (Dr. Beat metronome sound) is not included in my Sibelius purchase. It shows up because I'm working from someone else's file that (I believe) has the full version of VDL. There is a ";VDL 6.0 Template"; pull down list on the instrument page so I'm guessing they have it and used it.
